In the event you need to make a return, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number before sending the product back.
The number MUST be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
Returns recieved without a Return Authorization number will be refused.
Returned products that have been opened, may be subject to restocking fee of up to 15%, please contact us for details.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 7 business days of recieving the item back in our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued by the same method of payment used on the original order.

All products we sell are covered by the Manufacturer.
Yellowstone GPS only sells products from reputable manufacturers who offer the end user sufficient warranty's.
We want to provide the best value for our customers, therefore we do not believe in extended warranties for our GPS products.
Technical support on the products we sell is available directly through the appropriate manufacturer.
