- US Customers - all in-stock orders recieved by 3:00pm Eastern Time ship the same day. We ship UPS Ground, unless special circumstances occur.(Monday through Friday excluding holidays) Note: UPS does not pick up on weekends.
- Canadian Customers - All in-stock orders ship within 48 hours. (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
- Yellowstone GPS strives to make our customers happy ,so if you have a specific choice of shipping please note this on your order, and we will try to accommodate you. We ship by UPS, and USPS and DHL. Charges will vary according to the carrier used, so will the Terms and Conditions. DHL Ground does not go into Canada. Due to the significantly higher overhead costs of shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS), we have been forced to institute a $10.00 handling surcharge (over and above the cost of shipping package) on all USPS shipments. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but incourage the use of promotional shipping programs like DHL $6.95 flat rate ground and $19.95 flat rate overnight, DHL International.
Lost or damaged shipments-
- If you recieve a shipment from Yellowstone GPS that has been damaged in shipping please call us right away! All claims must be made within 5 days of reciept of order. If you think your shipment is lost, please call us right away so we can trace the order and get it resolved as quickly as possible. Tracers generally take 5-7 days.
What about Partial Shipments?
- This is a personal discreation. If you have multiple items ordered, and part of the order is not in stock, you can ship what is in stock, or wait to ship complete. If shipped seperately there will be additional shipping charges. This can be noted at time of order.
