Q:  What is the Business Hours of Operation?

A: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time Monday through Friday. Closed Saturday's, Sunday and Holiday's. All orders placed on the weekend or a Holiday, will be shipped the following Monday, or next business day.

Q: How can I contact your Company?

A: All of our contact information is located on our Contact Us Page. However, we are also quick to observe that sometimes the personal touch is what our customers need. Our web page serves as a vehicle to expedite communication with our customers through e-mail.

Q: How secure is Yellowstonegps.com?

A: Yellowstonegps.com uses 128-bit encryption key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to provide the highest level of security.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: To pay with a credit card or debit card, click "check-out" in the upper right corner of any page to begin check out. We offer PayPal, Google Checkout and checks.

Q: Can I pay using the PayPal System?

A: Yes of course, we are PayPal verified and can take Discover, American Express and PayPal accounts.

Q:  What other type of payment do you have?

A: We offer Google Check-out.

Q: Can I pay using check, money order?

A: Yes. We accept Paypal, checks and money orders, however we cannot process these types of payments through our online shopping cart/checkout system. If you prefer to use a payment method other than a credit card, you may Phone (1-866-916-6610) or Email info@yellowstonegps.com  to place an order. Your order will be processed and shipped once your payment is recieved, and Cleared.

Q: What Name will appear on my Credit Card?

A: Your Credit Card Bill will show the charge coming from Horsen Around in Paradise LLC.  DBA Yellowstonegps.com

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?

A:  We ship to all United States Islands (by Air) and all 50 States ground and air. We also ship to Canada via UPS and Air. 

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: We use UPS ground (default). UPS now has two shipping promotions for your convienience. UPS Ground is $7.95 and  UPS next day air $22.95.

Q: Where is my order?

A: Every order we ship has a tracking number (UPS) or delivery confirmation number (USPS) that can be used to track down a delinquent package. For UPS Ground packages, you will recieve a UPS tracking number when the order ships. You can go to www.ups.com and input the tracking number to check the status of your package and also find it's expected delivery date. Any other shipping methods, please contact us and we will track it down for you.

Q: What if my order is damaged or defective?

A: Please examine your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away to report any defective items. Opened and/or unsealed DVD's, CD's, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.

Q: Return Policy :

A: Customer satisfaction is our number one goal at Yellowstonegps.com, therefore we do all that we can to facilitate your needs. In the event you need to make a return, please contact us for a (RAN#) Return Authorization Number before sending the product back.
